I thought we were a little faster than this, but that's ok. The run felt good. Had some PF pain tonight & my feet are still hurting post run. Looks like some ice bottle & strassburg sock time tonight. Adria did good, but I could tell by her breathing her lungs were crappy...hopefully she kicks this thing quickly.
