My legs felt great, but this heat & humidity sucks. I don't know why it is bothering me so much this summer, I'm usually ok w/ the heat. Poor Anya has been taking it harder too. She's always been ok in the heat, but I'm wondering if I should have her shaved like Sage?? Overall, it wasn't a bad run, I just wish it would have been a bit cooler. Guess I need to go to bed earlier & start running at 5 or 6am to beat the higher temps?!
