I'm not sure how we were this slow...it sure felt like a tempo run. Not really in that good, I feel like I'm running on air, fast feeling way...more that, man, are you sure that Garmin is right, we have to be running faster than that, it sure feels faster than that way. I guess our pace wasn't that bad, it just felt like it should be faster. And this run wasn't bad, it just took effort. All day in garage sale land & all night at a horse show just kicked me in the butt! And Adria worked all day, then hung out w/ us at the last half of the horse show, so she was tired too. Tomorrow will be better, right??
