Notes

It was an interesting fartlek to say the least. 2 mile warm up and then a mile of what coach called an Australian chain run, which was essentially an Indian run. After that we had a mile easy and then two miles worth of pole runs, so basically every two telephone poles we had to switch paces between hard, easy, moderate, easy. HEME! After that we had another mile easy and then a mile worth of the Australian chain, with a mile cool down after that. Not a bad workout, just a little strange is all.
