Notes

1 min rest in between every interval 3 sets of 400s 2 mins in between each set. First set was supposed to be 71s... didn't happen... second set was supposed to be 70s... didn't happen. The third set was supposed to be 70, 70, 68, 66... didn't happen. Even though I didn't hit my times right on, I was under but we stayed consistent. Overall a very good workout
