Notes

First run over 10 miles in 4 months. It is gonna be a bit until these type of days feel better. I ran with some of the guys here at CUC and I hung back the second half of the run. My body/Legs just are not ready to go fast quite yet. I'll get there though, it didn't feel awful, just not where I would like it to be is all. Track is the goal though so I am pushing ever forward towards that.
