Not the best of workouts in terms of how I felt I was still able to hit my times and go just slightly under. Never felt as though I got into a solid rhythm the whole time though. I forgot my flats which kinda threw me for a loop as well. A little stressed out about school this week as well which might be playing a factor into the past couple of days with how I have felt. Just gotta get through this week
