2 mile WU 6 minutes hard; 4 minutes easy; 3 minutes hard; 2 minutes easy. Do all of that 3 times, then a 2 mile CD. Felt good pretty much the whole time, probably averaged about 5:20 on the hard part. Overall a solid workout.
