First workout in roughly 3 years. Tempos are going to be tough when they start. Pleasantly surprised with how this went, even though I was absolutely toasted afterwards. The 400 jog rest after each interval was nice to have, I could tell that the reps were getting harder because each rest period was getting slower and slower. I like having these two different sites that I log my runs because I am able to express every detail on this one and just give the highlights on strava.
