6x1000 with 4x200 at the end. It was a really tough workout supposed to hit 2:58, 2:58, 2:55, 2:55, 2:55, 2:55 with three minutes rest hit all of them dead on except for the 4th and 5th one. I was only one second off of those. We had a 1 mile recovery in the middle of the Ks. Overall a good birthday workout
