Goal 8 miles easy. Hip flexors were tight for first half mile. The loosened up but it felt like I hit the wall for the entire run. Felt like a rib on right side back when out the last 0.25 miles. One of my hardest runs ever. Wind W to E 13.8 MPH. 310XT 8.06 405 7.96. 3 oz H2O. -4 lbs.
