Had to wait out a rain storm at the Middle School in the middle of the warm up, but it wasn't too bad out after that.
3 mile warm up, 4 x Hill Repeats up Bison Way, 2 x Hill Repeats down Bison Way.
I could have gone a bit faster on the first 3 uphill repeats, but pushed the last one for about a 6 second PR and am getting close to breaking 2 minutes.
I also pushed the second down hill for 147.7 (6:01 pace).
I probably need to learn to push all of them, not just the last one.
