Don't feel any more of the right knee tendinitis, but the left foot was bothersome today, especially the last few miles and I can feel it more on any kind of up hill portion.
Perfect temps at the start around 46, but it was 60 for the last few miles and I was tiring some at the end with the sore foot. I was trying to do a slight progression every 5 mile loop until I was a little more tired at the end.
Over 1400 feet of elevation gain/loss. I always think this is mainly a flat route, but it's not that flat.
