Tuesday: 2 miles warm-up with a couple pick-ups, 4 miles at 7:55-8:00 pace, 2 mile cooldown
Did this in the early evening with temperatures starting around 86 and only cooling down a couple degrees.
Last workout with marathon pace miles.
Legs felt great again, felt a really smooth stride, breathing very rhythmic. The tempo miles felt good and it was great to be able to pace them exactly in the 7:55-8:00 target even with temps in the 80's. I almost forgot to slow down after the 4 tempo miles.
