Not sure whether to call this a progression or tempo run.
Had a sore area in the middle of my back today that hurt breathing in. Could feel it some running, but running seemed to help it some. Hopefully Dr. Hulme can fix it on Friday if it is still there.
Legs felt pretty good
I must have lost a bit of conditioning as it seemed difficult to get to the 7:15 speed for miles 7-9. Although I probably haven't done 3 miles at that speed that late into a run, so maybe it was supposed to be that tough! At least I only missed the 7:15 pace by 1-2 seconds.
Back update: Dr. Hulme indicated that the back issue was from a rib that probably got out of wack from a cough/sneeze and takes about 7 days to fully heal.
