Notes

Original plan was for an 8 mile progression starting over 9:00 working down to 8:00.

But this morning Leigh offered me a bib for the Middle Half this Saturday, so I shortened the workout so I can stay somewhat fresh for Saturday, plus I ran harder than expected on Monday due to running with Mahlon.

It did feel pretty good out there today despite it being in the low 80's.
