I did an extra half mile warm up because the tendonitis takes a little extra time to warm up to where I don't feel it. Then added an extra 1/10 mile to finish the half marathon. Although I have to confess to running a little harder the last 2/10 mile to get a sub 1:50 half.

Almost a perfect progression, but the 4th mile was .04 seconds slower than mile 3.

Had perfect temperatures for the tempo. Tempo felt pretty good, just have to give it an extra notch each mile to drop it a couple seconds.

Dry needling on Thursday for the tendonitis. It felt a little better today, but you do feel it for about a mile to a mile and a half and maybe just slightly feel it towards the end.

Heart rate wasn't too high, so I should have a lot more effort I can bring to a race.
