Notes

I had some slight discomfort in the left leg and it tended to get a little worse each day. At first I thought it was the left hamstring, but it was in the upper inner thigh groin area. Although the sore spot feels like it lowered a couple inches from where it was initially bothering me. It's hard to position over the foam roller to hit that area, but it helped Sunday when I did the foam roller.

If it's not feeling 90+% next Sunday, I probably won't attempt any PR in Tulsa.
