Ran 1.5 miles before the group started at 6 AM at DCP.
Not feeling any soreness from the Boomer on Thursday. Actually feeling 100%.
I ran the 6 strides in miles 1-5 and 7. Felt really good to open up on the strides and I can tell I am getting faster on them. Garmin said I reached a pace of 4:56 on the 5th stride. Probably not that low, but I was moving.
