3 Mile Warmup, 8 x (0:45 fast + 2:30 slow), Cooldown.
I could feel the hamstring more this afternoon so I eased into the fast intervals rather than attacking from the start. But I did go after the last one, which showed 5:42 on Garmin.
Garmin reset in the middle of the workout. Watch has been having issues.
GPS reset on the 5th 2:30 and lost time and .1 or so miles.
