Decided to do the long run again on Sunday.
Could feel soreness in the right leg going up/down the stairs at home. Did more core work and leg exercises before heading out to run. It felt pretty cool out at 11 AM.
Decided I need to start at a good pace and not get comfortable in some real easy pace. After the first mile, got locked into a pretty good pace in the low 8:40s and it felt pretty good. Went a little bit lower the last 4 miles and felt pretty good when I was done. Wasn't really tired at all.
Ran the entire 10 miles without stopping for water. One 5-second stop for traffic by Sam's Club and that was it.
Leg felt pretty good. Could feel a bit of soreness the last half mile by the lower right femur.
