Notes
It was raining out, but I wanted to run outdoors. Luckily I finished before the big downpour came.
My goal on this easy run was to keep it between 9:30 and 9:40 and I was able to keep all splits within that range.
Felt some slight soreness in the left calf for the first couple miles. Other than that, felt pretty good.
Legs felt tired later this evening and the next morning.
