Notes

Started at 5:12 AM when it was 68. Kind of humid because it had been raining.

Had a power bar at 3 AM and then had 1 GU at 7 miles and 1 at 14 miles.

Started to tire a bit at the end of the 15th mile, but came back stronger in mile 18 and finished the 19th mile with my fastest. Maybe the GU at mile 14 kicked in?

I set up a fast course to see how consistent I could pace. Ran back and forth between Wyndham call center and McDonalds on Saundersville Road.
