These Saucony Hurricanes feel like bricks after running with the Newton's and Fast Twitches this week.
I just felt slow out there today. Didn't really want to push it because I need two easy days of running to have fresh legs for Tom King, but it was discouraging to look down and see the GPS at 10:20. Maybe taking it too easy, but I want to be strong on Saturday.
Haven't had that right quad soreness, maybe the exercises are loosening that up.
