Notes

I was moving around the house better this afternoon.

Did my hamstring exercises before the noon run and again before the evening run.

Wore the compression shorts which fit tight around the hamstrings.

Felt better like I've turned the corner. Didn't want to get greedy, so did a cooldown for the full 5th mile.

My legs were not all tired and didn't have that sciatic nerve type soreness like I have earlier this week.

Stayed in the flat area of the greenway.
