I couldn't find a decent place at the Streets of Indian Lake to do the 1/4 mile repeats, so I shortened the warmup so I could get over to Veterans Park and complete it before it got dark. I extended the cooldown for the distance that the warmup was shorted.

The fast 400's felt pretty controlled and were pretty close to the targeted pace.

Starting to feel like the hamstring issue is behind me now. It's felt pretty good this week.
