It had actually cooled down some this afternoon outside.
I've felt like I've had an on/off again issue breathing like I had a chest cold and it was worse today. Could be soreness in the middle of the back causing me to feel like I have a chest cold.
I could feel it in my back doing the hill blasts and I could tell it was making me slower as well, so stopped at 5 hill blasts and jogged back to the car.
I hadn't been using the foam roller, but got it out for the back when I got home.
Hill blast paces were 6:01, 6:04, 5:46, 6:25, 6:14 which were definitely slower than last week.
Might need some adjustments in the back from Jason Hulme if it doesn't go away.
