Notes
Plan: 3 mile warm up, 6 x hill repeats, 3 up, 3 down, 2 mile cool down.
Did this early in the afternoon so I could be the traffic after school.
Legs felt pretty good. Still trying to get rid of this cold.
I ran the fast sections relatively hard, but still in control. Even though school wasn't out yet, there was a lot of traffic on Bison Way. Looks like I was only 12 seconds faster per hill repeat on the fast down compared to the fast up.
Legs felt a bit sore/heavy on the cool down, so hills may have taken some out of them.
Got a nice 1 hour nap after the run. Legs felt a little tired in the evening.
