My plan was two six mile runs today and then the long run tomorrow.

I thought I would do a progression on the first run. This was the first time I ever listed to music while I was running and it was feeling so good after 6 miles I added 3 more on to the progression starting mile 1 at 6.7 mph (8:57) and finishing at 7.5 mph (8:00).
