Plan: 6 x (800m@7:20 + 400m jog)
The 800m's were a little tougher than I was expecting, although I wasn't feeling 100% today and that can add a few seconds.
The last two got tougher. Normally in the past I would have probably taken about a 1 minute rest after 3-4 of the 800's, but this time I did it correctly and only took the 400m jog and not and clock stoppage. I'm sure a minute rest and I would have been fresher for those last two, but it's a proper workout without taking the extra break.
68 degrees out felt warm.
In February 2014, I did the same workout with the same average heart rate, but averaged 3:25 on the 800m's. Man I was fast back then!
