Notes
The plan called for 1 warm up mile, 2 Station Camp loops, followed by a hard run up Saundersville Road.
Left leg/hamstring/quads a little better today, but still sore and aching on every step.
Definitely not at full strength.
Decided to just do 1 Station camp loop and head up Saundersville Road. Gave it a good effort up Saundersville Road.
Walked the two miles back to the car rather than run down hill. Left leg was pretty sore just walking but after about a mile of walking the aches subsided.
Not too unhappy with a 9:00 pace over 6.93 miles after the runs of the past few days.
