Notes

15 minute easy warm up, 30 minutes tempo, 30 minutes easy.

The tempo felt like some good cardio. Heart rate in the mid 160's and over 170 the last few minutes while I gave it a little extra.

I thought I felt a lot less soreness in the left leg when I did my 10 yard test jog to the mailbox, but wasn't ready to do test it any further.
