Hopefully back to outdoor running tomorrow.
Slept until 9:30 AM for 11.5 hours of sleep. I can't recall ever sleeping that late for a number of years, but the body must have wanted the rest.
I went with the same pacing as last week, except I felt pretty good after 15 miles this week and kept the 8:57 pace to the end and felt good on the last mile. Legs felt pretty good considering I had a tough couple progression runs yesterday.
