My leg was feeling better today after being a bit sore yesterday.

My plan was to run miles 1-9 around 9:30, miles 10-18 just under 9:00, and then finish with an easy 2.

Started feeling weak after 12 miles and it felt like I hit the wall by mile 15 and I did all I could do to just hang on and finish the full 20 miles.

Had two pieces of toast and oatmeal two hours before the run and didn't fuel during the run.

For time duration, longest ever training run 3:14:50. Not sure if that is good or bad. It sure didn't feel good.

I've remembered feeling this way before and looked back to August 23rd planned 20 miler last summer and crashed around the similar mileage taking no fuel, but I walked 1.5 miles back to the car and cut the run 6 miles short. So at least this time I had the courage to finish.
