The plan was 2 mile warm up, 14 from 8:15 to 8:00, 2 cool down.
Felt a little sluggish at first trying to get to 8:15, so I kept patient and waited to get more into the run.
But all of a sudden at the half way point, my legs just felt heavy and tired. But I did have two hard workouts this week and ran some 11 milers to get my 3600 miles for the 400 day run streak, so I may have paid a little for the extra long runs. But not a bad run for tired legs. Finished the full distance.
