0 calories before/during run.
Ran two at DCP before meeting up with HRC and running the Boomer.
When we got back to DCP from the Boomer I had 16 miles in. I felt pretty tired with 26 miles in 23 hours and cut the long run short at 16 miles rather than 18. I need to map out courses that finish at DCP, because it's really hard to go out for a couple more once you hit the DCP. Will add a couple extra miles on Sunday.
Just the 14 mile Boomer portion was 8:47 pace, which was 12 seconds faster per mile than when we ran this July 5th when it was only 60 degrees out. So I was pleased with the effort on the Boomer. It was 77 when I got back to DCP, so it was warming up fast.
