Thunderstorms in the morning, so didn't do a morning run.
The radar map didn't look good in the afternoon, so I decided to swap Wednesday and Thursday and I did 10 easy miles on the treadmill.
First treadmill run since March. I really dreaded getting on the treadmill, but it felt pretty good once I got going. The first time I felt good on the treadmill since the accident in January. And with storm season approaching and 7 days on cruise ship coming up, I needed a good treadmill confidence builder as I will depend on it to keep the training going.
Still some slight soreness from Sunday's run, but minimal.
1 mile at 6.5 mph (9:13) and 9 miles at 6.6 mph (9:05).
