Plan showed 8-9 miles @ 8:45.
I've determined that the weak part of my training has been too many stops during runs.
So I ran the full 9 miles without one stop, no water, nothing. It was my plan from the start and if I keep this up for the next 6 weeks, I will be much better prepared mentally and physically heading to London.
9 miles at 66 degrees doesn't require any water.
