Notes
Plan: 3 mile warm up, 3 x (4 mile Madison Creek Loop + 1/2 mile jog), 3 mile cool down.
My left foot extensor bothered me most of the run.
Legs felt tired for the 3rd loop did all I could do to push the very last mile to get under 8:00. Probably not very fresh to start after a night of wining, dining, gambling, and watching NCAA and then driving 4.5 hours back home today.
Pace on the 3 Madison Creek loops:
Loop 1: 8:04
Loop 2: 8:05
Loop 3: 8:23
Started with 2.6 mile Warm Up at Moss Wright Park and then .4 mile Warm Up from the Madison Creek Elementary to the start of the Madison Creek Loop. Did the Cool Down also at Moss Wright Park.
