Notes

The plan was for 2 miles warm up, then to the end of LSC and back at sub 8:30, then cool 2 down 2 miles.

Started out way too fast on Lower Station Camp and I was definitely sub 8:00 and should have started slower and worked down to the lower speed rather than the opposite.

I was able to give an extra push on the last half mile.

Averaged 8:26 pace on LSC.

The left hamstring was feeling it some on LSC which I felt it slowed me a bit as only the right leg/foot could get a nice kick.

Left hip a little sore during the cool down.
