My headache was gone and stomach felt better today.
It was really feeling good the first 6-7 miles, but then all of a sudden the sun came out and it warmed quickly to 70 degrees and then it was more of a struggle. About the 9 mile mark I noticed I was feeling it in my lungs on the inhale. I haven't felt that in quite some time. Not sure what triggered that, maybe from breathing in strong winds running.
But I could feel it in the lungs breathing in all afternoon.
