Notes
Was supposed to be 6 miles with last 3 sub 8:00.
Although the temp was only in the 70's it felt warmer with it very humid. This was about 45 minutes after a hard rain.
Felt tough to get sub 8:00 but I was able to. Went to turn around with just .22 miles to go but then I got sick and tossed my cookies a few times. Walked it back to the car. Must have lost a little fitness the past couple weeks.
