Treadmill

Notes

Legs feeling pretty good on the treadmill.

Only soreness this week was the quads. With the first 20 miles over 3 minutes slower than my last long run and slower than 9:35 pace the last 6.2, probably not as much impact to the body compared to a 3:25-3:30 marathon.
