Plan: 2 mile warm up, 2.5@7:40, 1/2 mile jog, 2.5@7:35, 1 mile cooldown
The two tempo sections felt pretty controlled, so I was pleased with how they went. Just tried to keep right at or just under the target pace without killing it. Got a touch too fast on the second tempo, but it was controlled.
Could feel some soreness in the right leg at the end of the fast tempo runs, but an hour after the workout it felt good.
