Plan: 12x1/4 mile with 1:00 rest between the first three and then popping off a fast one every fourth (3:00 jog after that) Sub 1:50 on the normal ones, close to 1:40 on the fast.
I went to the HHS Track, but there was a group of about 40 people on the track, so back to DCP.
Averaged 1:41 on the 12 400m intervals, so that was pretty good. I didn't get sick.
