Notes

Had to decide between getting 8 hours sleep and running at 7 AM with temps in the mid 20's or get 10 hours of sleep and run in the afternoon with temps in the mid 40's. I chose the latter.

Friday night sleep: 10 hours plus another 1 hour nap before my run.

I decided to park at Kohl's trailhead and run to wave country and back and then I ran to the Dam and back and got back to the car with 15.4 miles, so decided to go back down the greenway to make it 16 miles.

I gave it a little stronger effort than easy without trying to kill it and ran pretty consistently the entire way. I was feeling a little tired towards the end. The one sub 9 mile was where there is the long straight away slightly down hill that is easy to get rolling on.

This was 3 miles longer than last weekend, 34 seconds per mile faster, a little more elevation change and the heartbeat average was slightly lower. Good improvement with a week that had good rest every night.

Longest run since November 2nd.

Garmin VO2 max 47. (It was 45 for the similar run last Saturday). I don't think it gives much consideration for the elevation changes.
