14 miles with last 4 sub 8:00.
Ran the first 7 before meeting the HRC group at 6 AM. Felt stiff after the 10 minute stop so miles 8-10 I was slower. But when it came time for the sub 8:00 I loosened up pretty quickly. Ran the tempo miles with Craig Ostrum, so it was good to have company. After two tempo miles it was actually feeling easier than I anticipated and I kept getting faster.
