Felt a little soreness today in the leg and combined with the temperatures in the 80's, decided to cut back on the miles and keep it on a flat course.
Surprisingly, I felt very little discomfort once I got running and I feel like I found that relaxed stride I had prior to the hamstring setback and was able to turn out 4 very consistent miles all within 3 seconds and not bad for low 80's.
Good confidence builder to take on tomorrow's flight to Minneapolis.
