Notes

Didn't do a warmup so used the first few miles to warm up. Took it easy up that first hill and would open up on the downhill.

My goal was to run faster the second half. At the half way point it would have been easy to just keep the same pace and finish around 1:58. But I felt good at the half way point and increased my effort. Mile 9 was slower uphill, but after that I got faster each mile. I passed a lot of people the last couple miles.

Weather was really good and it was an enjoyable run.

Could feel the right leg, probably the glute Medius, bothering me early on but it felt better by the halfway point.
