Intimidating to get on the treadmill at 4 PM for a 20 miler, but I had plenty of Olympics taped on the DVR to keep me entertained.
I had a busy day before the run doing a lot of work around the house and was pretty tired by 2 PM. Took a 90 minute nap and then got up to get ready to run. Fueled by pop tarts.
A mini progression where I went a little faster on the second half.
Felt pretty good.
Legs felt pretty tired Saturday night.
